Maintenance Manager

We are searching for a qualified, and reliable Maintenance Manager with at least 10+ years experience to lead our maintenance department at one of Juhayna's factory. As head of the entire maintenance department, will be managing and overseeing all the installation, repair, and upkeep maintenance operations in the various factory facilities.

Add to this, he/she will be maintaining all machinery and equipment, will be planning repair activities, and will help the maintenance staff develop efficient maintenance that could maintains the equipment in order to ensure its' effectiveness and performs his tasks with high level of efficiency while ensuring that the work procedures in the Department are committed to company policies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supervising and coordinating all maintenance functions necessary to ensure efficient plant operations together with leading and coaching the maintenance team to achieve business targets.
  • Sets plants preventive schedules to guarantee the efficiency of machines and equipment’s
  • Works hand in hand with the Plant manager and sets the annual maintenance budget to ensure its compliance with the approved budget.
  • Supervises both the fixing of any emergency breakdowns and the plant operation covering both equipment and systems to minimize unplanned downtime identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Generates reports, analyzes data and initiates recommendations for improving equipment efficiency and solving maintenance-related problems
  • Allocate maintenance resources in case of any emergency troubleshooting.
  • Ensures that maintenance personnel are adequately trained in cooperation with the HR, well equipped and motivated to accomplish the maintenance programs in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner raising their performance.
  • Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of section systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferably Electrical.
  • 10 + years relevant experience in maintenance including at least 5-7 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
  • FMCG background is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
